To use FlashRespond, you must sign in with Google and connect an active Instagram Business or Creator account via Instagram Login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
FlashRespond provides tools to automate direct messages (DMs) and comment responses on Instagram. You agree to use these services in strict compliance with the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and all applicable local laws. You may not use our service to send spam or unsolicited marketing messages.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because our automation relies on third-party APIs (Meta/Instagram), we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that Meta will not change their platform policies. We are not liable for any account suspensions or restrictions resulting from automated activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FlashRespond at any time, with or without cause, including if we suspect a violation of these terms or Meta Platform Policies. You may cancel your account and disconnect your Instagram accounts at any time through the Settings page.
